Two statements I hear often:
1. I'd love to spend more time doing self care, I just don't have the time.
2. I'd love to start a self care practice but I don't know where to begin.

Here's the thing - self care can be simple. Small practices that we weave into our daily lives that allow us to making lasting changes and see practical results.

While I am all about a long + luxuriously detox bath, it's the smaller self care items that we do most often that really add up.

Perhaps you're new to self care, or maybe you've got that green juice yoga pants thing down but just can't quite find a way to stay consistent in taking care of you. Either way, I've gotcha.
